Last week’s talk of fun names and fun vibes got our hosts thinking: who has the best hockey name in the AHL? Blade Jenkins? Waltteri Ignatjew? Andrew and Dea can only think of one way to resolve this: tournament style. It’s simple: each team has one “best” name submission and only one can hoist the Calder Cup of Names. Each week the hosts will debate until only the best hockey name in the AHL remains.
The crew follows up bracketology with the preview of the week’s games. Andrew does more apologizing for dunking on the Barracuda, but the San Diego Gulls can’t escape his wrath.
